Member Services

Membership dues contribute approximately one quarter of the annual income to the Park. This income helps cover the costs of insurance, maintenance, and improvements to the Park. All equestrians that use the Park, unless competing, must be members of the Park and sign the liability release form for insurance purposes. The Day Passes are a one-day membership to the Park and users must sign a liability release form with the Day Pass.

The Park is open 365 days a year, from sunrise to sunset. However, due to inclement weather or during some events, parts of the Park maybe closed. It is advisable to check the website, Facebook page, or call the office if you have any questions. There may be restricted use of specific areas of the Park due to events being held. For example, trail riding is restricted in the cross country area during Horse Trials, but there are numerous other areas in the Park open to ride. Sometimes during nationally recognized shows you may be required to obtain a number and sign an additional liability waiver in order to be on the “Show Grounds”. Once again we encourage you to check the calendar on the web and on a show day please check in at the secretary’s office before riding for further information.

Membership is from January 1st, through December 31st

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits include use of the Park, membership meetings, discounted entries to unrecognized Horse Park sponsored events, “Membership with Benefits” program, and the sponsorship of preserved land. Members may bring one free guest a year per membership. As part of the Bucks County Department of Parks and Recreation, we offer a 10% discount to Bucks County residents on all adult, junior, or family memberships. The 4H/USPC memberships are not discounted.

Volunteering

Volunteering is another way of reducing the cost of membership. We depend upon our volunteers to keep the costs down at our shows. As a volunteer member you will receive $10 or $20 coupons and for those volunteering for 2 whole days or more a year, a 10% discount off the following year's Adult, Junior, Student, and Family membership is available.

4H/USPC Members

These members must be part of the 4H Group or United States Pony Club. Membership forms must be signed by the group leader or DC. There is a 1 day volunteer requirement.

Recreational and Senior Recreational Members

These members do not ride in the Park. They enjoy the park for walking, jogging, photography, exercising their dogs, etc. Dogs must be kept under control on a leash and no bicycles are allowed. There is no volunteer requirement.

Day Pass

The value of two paid day passes a year may be deducted off an Annual Adult, Junior, Student, or Family Membership of the same calendar year. This is a good way to experience the Park and try out the Park facilities. Day Passes are $30 for Bucks County residents and $35 for non-residents. Bucks County residents may obtain Day Passes for a reduced rate of $15 on Mondays.
